Youth Agility Classes

Enhance speed and agility with our specialized youth training sessions designed for young athletes in grades 3 - 12. Classes are offered two times per week and are 60 minutes long.

Session 1: September 4 - October 9

Mondays - 3:30 & 4:30

Thursdays - 3:30 & 4:30

Ages: 8 - 18

60 Minute Classes - Two Times Per Week

Session 2: October 20th - December 1st

Mondays & Thursdays - 3:30 & 4:30

Ages: 8 - 18

60 Minute Classes - Two Times Per Week

Led by Certified Trainer Nick

Cost - $200 for 12 Sessions

Strength Training Room

Build strength and endurance in our strength training room with all new equipment. Stop in for a workout or access our strength training room while your child practices in our facility.

Does your busy work & life schedule make it difficult to get in a workout? Our strength training room is available for parents to use while your kids are practicing in our facility. Purchasae a low-cost monthly membership to get in a workout while you wait.
