Youth Agility Classes
Enhance speed and agility with our specialized youth training sessions designed for young athletes in grades 4 - 8. Classes are offered weekly on three different days and are 50 minutes long.
Session 1: August 26 - October 2nd
Tuesdays - 4:00 & 5:00
Thursdays - 4:00 & 5:00
Ages: 8 - 14
50 Minute Classes - Two Times Per Week


Adult Strength Training
Build strength and endurance through our effective adult strength training programs tailored for all fitness levels.
Does your busy work & life schedule make it difficult to get in a workout? Our strength training room is available for parents to use while your kids are practicing in our facility. Purchasae a low-cost monthly membership to get in a workout while you wait.
