6-Week Pitching Clinic with Anthony Watts
Date Range: November 2 - December 16
Day & Time: Mondays & Wednesdays at 5:30 - 6:30
Age Range: 10 - 18 (possibly split into two sessions if needed)

Focus of Pitching Clinic:
This 6-week enhancement clinic is designed to build the strength, mobility, and healthy movement patterns every pitcher needs to throw harder and stay healthy. Using water bags and specialized training tools, athletes will work on core stability, hip and shoulder movement, and rotational power from the ground up. Each session also teaches complete arm care, warm-up, and recovery routines so players can prevent injury, move better, and take care of their arms all season long.
